This patio was too hot and buggy to enjoy most of the year. Our screen porch now gives them almost year round comfort to this back yard.

We build an awesome stone fireplace surround and built in book shelves set in stone. The wall above the fireplace was built out to give it some depth with a flat panel TV hanging over the mantel. The wasted space under the stairs was utilized with some custom built cubbies and finally all new paint and hardwoods are installed to complete the project.

The extra living space was much needed for this growing family. It looks like the house never had a garage. We make our projects look original to the house. It only takes a little more effort to do it right.

Before, this room was too small to even use. Removing the small kitchen window really opens the kitchen up. A bar brings the kitchen together with with the living area which now has tons of space to stretch out in with beautiful Brazilian cherry plank flooring complimented with a beadbaord ceiling and overlooking the back yard through two huge picture windows.
